Time tracking module
Most noteworthy in this upcoming 2009/02 version is the new time
tracking module. With this, company wide acquisition of time sheets on
a time account basis is now possible. Users and groups could be given
access to individual time account with detail access control. In a
typical scenario normal users could see and book their own time sheets
for the time accounts they have access to. more
Advanced Search filter
The new filters gradually allow addition of further search criteria within a consistent and easy user interface. From the normal point of view, the interface only consists of one row which looks like a well known search toolbar, as it could be found, for example, in any browser.more
Activities Logbook
The new activities logbook collects and stores all activities around a record, e.g. a single lead in the CRM module. On the one hand , these are auto-generated entries like 'User X changing the selling probability to 70%'. On the other hand activities could also be added manually. The system distinguishes between notes, phone calls and emails.more
