0002924: user access_log handling

There are no settings to limit the growth of table access_log in tine20. Every login attempt via webfrontend or ActiveSync is logged there.

Suggestions:
* provide possibility to truncate data in this table via a user defined limit (e.g. keep X days of data)
* option to completely disable logging in this table (should be useful for small Tine20 installations)

The View which shows the content of the mail stays blank.

I had the same problem with mails, which are send with phplist.

when trying to send email over smtp felamimail does only authenticate with the first part of the username, when using a new user with email@domain.com to login then felamimail logs in with @domain.com instead of the full user, the behaviour doesnt make any sense.

imap auth etc, is fine.

it would be nice if the calendar / addressbook would have the following features:

Calendar
- WeekView, show only the short month name to allow smaller browser windows
- Holidays, it would be nice if we could import holidays from any website in the internet for all countrys in the world
- A Calendar Year View which uses the whole window would be nice as well

- Addressbook, if entered a Birthdate, create reccuring event with a small birthday cake icon etc.

btw: time zone localization with differing start of the weekday works great, changed it to egypt and now the week starts at sunday.

Hope its okay to collect ideas here,,

It would be nice to chat with other employees with tine.

Id suggest to just automatically add everyone in the company to the contact list of an ajax based im, or scan the last 200 mails and put everyone in the company (select every user which email indicates its a tine user) in the contacts of an Instant Messenger.

i already looked at the examples from you to program something myself but i have to say its beyond my capabilities also i understand php quite well just not javascript.

instead of having to select each member of a group individually, it would be better to select the group that all users are in. This could tie into the group management that is already in place for Tine Base or you could extend the Address Book application to allow groups.

Another Tine user created a shared calendar, set all of the available rights to the calendar to Anyone, nevertheless while trying to move one event from another my user gets an error:
"You are not allowed to select the Calendar 'myCalendar'':
addGrant grant is required for desired action"
While all of the available rights (including admin) are available to everybody. My user can edit events (move them around) but can't add new events or move events from one calendar to another. My user is a member of administrators group.
A new user added to Tine is allowed do add events to that calendar. Also newly created calendars work fine with my main user(all rights ok). While problem occurs with only one of the calendars previously created, I've been unable to reproduce it with other user/calendar. Simply one pair user<->calendar doesn't seem to work (no matter what privileges I set).
Perhaps it's not very important issue but show that there is a bug at some point

Synchronisiert man eine neue Aufgabe vom Nokia Handhelt nach Tine erscheint der neue Termin in Tine ohne Inhalt.
D.h. es wird unter Beschreibung zwar alles angezeigt, der Inhalt (Anmerkungen) werden in Tine nicht angezeigt.
