0001440: invitations optionally (?) should create notifications

Description

as far as i can see, currently invited people only know that they've got appointments assigned when they open their calendar, using the appropriate view, and dig into each date.

it would be extremely useful imo, if an invitation - especially one requireing an accept/deny acknowledge - optionally generates an email notification to the invited user.
- this notification additionally could contain a shortcut (link) to accept or deny a date
- additionally, a summary of "yet unanswered" invitations could be printed when a user logs in, or opens his calendar
