| Summary | 0001936: Add private-option to any appointment |
| Description | in order to assure private appointments, even though an appointment might be published by some attandee on a general accessable calender-container, please add a checkbox "This appointment is confidential" at the bottom of the participants-tab of a single appointment (see german mock-up of this attached).
When this checkbox is checked, the appointment is only visible to the people attending the appointment. Watch out: ressources-calendars should not be able to see the details. This is subject of discussion: Should it be possible to see attendents of the appointment, when watching the appointment via the ressources-calendar? This way people could be contacted in order to negotiate in conflicting situations.
I would suggest that every attendant of the appointment can check (and uncheck) this checkbox. But this is subject of discussion: perhaps it would be better if only the initiator or owner of an appointment can check this box. |
