0002100: White space in Chrome

Version & Platform Info: Chrome 3.0.195.38 running on Windows 7 x64

this does not happen with Chrome 4.0.249.43 on ubuntu 9.10.
seems to be chrome 3.0 and or windows specific.

Checking with chromes developer tools, the tag '<div id="tine-viewport-maincardpanel" class="x-panel x-panel-noborder" style="width: 1366px;">' (the first div) actually starts after the whitespace.

The <body> tag seems to start after the whitespace also.
My attempts to fix this from css-files & js-files has failed.

Maybe this can be fixed thru a ugly hack with a negative margin-top/padding-top in a css-class or dynamic call from JS?

I'll try 4.0 for windows and see if i can reproduce it there to..

Reproduced in "Chrome 4.0.295.0 dev" for Windows 7 x64.

Seems to be a Windows specific problem.
