0002174: Allow to add new contact from E-Mail writing dialogue

Description

Like in the CRM, the user should be able to add a new contact to the addressbook when the person the user is looking for does not yet exist.

This "Add new contact" functionality (Button) should appear right of the user-selection-box looking like this:

V1: Before click on element:
[To: | V] [Please select recipient... ]

V2: After click on element:
[To: | V] [Please select recipient... | V] [Add new contact]

We need to find a good icon for "Add new contact" as this shold only be used as a icon in the context of the selection of users.

Please also check implications for CRM-Module and other user-selection mechanisms. This concept should be used generally in Tine for selecting (external) users.
