1146 Table 'tine20db.tine20_applications' doesn't exist

When i try to install through setup.php browser show me this:

please use the current version 2012.03.7, the previous version had the bug you mentioned.

From what I understand, you use Gettext so the only thing I need to do is to update fr.po
The problem is how can I create the js file from that po.

it would be better to submit your translations to transifex, they will be included in upcoming tine 2.0 versions.

if you would like to handle the translations stuff for yourself (or a custom application) you should use the langHelper.php script.
