Better Notes

Postby Metallicer » Tue Oct 02, 2012 12:26 pm

Hello,
first of all I think it's more then a great project, yet I'm missing 2 things:

For the Adressbook, where one can add Phone notes it would be great if the date when the notes were stored would be directly visible with the notes. Moreover it might be also nice, to have formulars for those notes, containing: the person one talked to, subject of the call, the note itself, and if there are currently open issues with the customers (kind of reminder to call again), notes with open issues could be displayed e.g. in red.

And, is there the possibility to make Call Reminders? In the way as, i order my contacts in 3 lists .. a,b,c
a -> remind me every month
b -> half a year
c -> yearly
to call a person?

If you would solve my request differently, let me know, maybe i'm just tackling the problem from a wrong angle.

best regards

Johannes

perhaps you should use tasks (and perhaps the CRM to bring contacts and tasks together) for your requirements.

tasks have a due date and you can add alarms to them.

but feel free to add feature requests for your specific workflows, too. i think, we will improve the notes at some point and it might be valuable to have some user ideas when we create a concept for that.
