Here you will find an overview of the most important address book functions.

Personal contacts

For your personal contacts, you can create any number of adressbooks. You decide whether you want to share an adressbook with other users, and define the respective access rights.

Shared contacts
You can share contacts depending on need and necessity, with selected employees and employee pools. About the permissions, you decide.

Flexible Assignment of Permissions

With help of a flexible assignment of permissions access rights can be set for each user according to the special needs and tasks.

Advanced filtering functions
Tine 2.0 allows you to configure any number of filters depending on your individual requirements - e.g. for marketing campaigns in a selected ZIP code area. All filters can be saved.

Click to Dial
Call your contacts by a simple click in the adress book. The history of every call is documented.

Quickview
The Quickview feature allows to view contact information without opening the adress entries.

History 

Each access to the adress book is traced through History Lockbook. Whether new phone, new street name or change of contact person: each change is logged.

Tag-Management
To help you keep track of your adresses any number of additional explanatories can be assigned to the entries in the adress book.

Note Management
To stay up to date with your contacts, you can write continuous notes for each entry.

PDF-Export
Regardless of word processor and operating system many documents can be converted to PDF - just one mouse-click away.

Data Transfer (CSV) Thanks to CSV address lists can be integrated into other systems. A tool that e.g. assists in marketing campaigns or in the press work.
