Service release for open source groupware Tine 2.0 version "Joey"

This service release fixes 46 bugs in the current stable release Joey (2012.10).

Some new features, like another password policy option and unblocking of an admin user via the CLI, have been added.

It is recommended to update to the new packages as soon as possible. This is the last service release of Joey, please update to Kristina, if you like to get all the current bug fixes or contact our commercial support for a customized package.
