Addressbook
This application is available in the demo.
Features:
- multiple personal addressbooks
- multiple shared addressbooks
- acl for shared addressbooks be defined freely
- the name of the addressbooks can changed freely
- access to other users addressbooks
- global and personal tags for contacts
- moving contacts to other addressbooks
- right click in the tree to create, delete or rename addressbook
- search for contacts
- enable, disable displayed columns (state get's not yet saved)
- reorder displayed colums (state get's not yet saved)
- right click on contact to edit or delete contact
- select multiple contacts by holding the strg- or shift-button
- export contact to PDF format
CRM
This application is available in the demo.
Features (partially implemented):
- add/edit basic information concerning a project in one simple dialog window, which is splitted into three tabs:
- the first tab contains all basic informations which are: leadstate, leadtype, leadsource of the project (they are all user configurable), the project start-, end- and expected end date, expected income and probabillity, there is a summary of products which belong to the project and a list of the last 10 activities (activities are infolog entries that get linked to the current project) which happened (you can also add new activities here)
- the second tab shows a full list of all activities
- the third tab contains the product section where you can add self defined products and additional information (like a serialnumber for instance)
- the main view offers three different sortable lists (tableview) of projects , partners and leads (you can filter these lists or search for certain entries)
- export data to .csv or .pdf (csv not yet implemented)
